Alcanca is a 3 year old company, and you'll work in a new department within it. We operate on three principles: discipline, speed of execution, and transparency. This new department sells to SMBs.

About the role

  • Base ticket: $300/mo or $3,000/yr per client (this is the entry plan, there is nothing below it)
  • Minimum expectation: 5 to 7 deals/month
  • Commission: Minimum $50/mo per client, paid every month while the client stays. The final commission depends on which plan the client is sold into. If you close a client on the annual plan (which will happen often), you receive a minimum $500 base payout for that client at the end of the month you close them, with the final amount varying by plan tier.
  • Ramp boost: until you hit $1,200 in total monthly recurring commission, you receive $90/mo per client instead of the $50 base.
  • Payments are always made at the end of each month.
  • No ceiling. No cap. Ever. Your book of business compounds month after month.

What you'll do

  • Run cold calls on qualified leads we provide
  • Work the inbound replies from our automated cold SMS infrastructure
  • Convert calls into booked demos
  • Run demos and close the deal
  • Act as the communication bridge between your clients and the company, relaying their needs and feedback, and using that ongoing relationship to identify upsell opportunities into higher tiers (additional recurring commission stacked on top of your base book)

What we need from you

  • Proven sales experience
  • Direct, clear, structured communication
  • Disciplined pipeline and CRM management
  • Clear spoken English with no comprehension issues for US clients
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply it fast

  • You improvise instead of following processes
  • You blame leads, the market, or timing when you don't close
  • You need micromanagement to execute
  • Your ego gets in the way of improving
  • You're uncomfortable with quotas, targets, and pressure
  • You don't go deep, you don't care to learn or improve, and you're fine being mediocre
  • You don't review your own results regularly
  • You're not organized and serious about your craft
