We hire on results, not résumés. We move fast, we measure everything, and we're transparent about expectations and comp. If that sounds like the way you already work, we want to know about you, even if there's no open posting today.
What to send
- Your CV (PDF). Keep it tight, output, not buzzwords.
- The area you'd contribute in (sales, marketing, ops, engineering, etc.).
- A short Loom in English is optional but strongly recommended, it tells us more in 90 seconds than a CV does in two pages.
- A few lines on what you'd actually do here. Specifics beat generalities.
